- Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most products, provided the following conditions are met:
- Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
- Condition of the Product: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. All tags and labels must be intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation email is required to process your return.
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Gift cards or vouchers.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.

- Return Process
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email at info@goldenmajestyy.com or call (979) 529-2110 to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.
- Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send your item(s) back.
- Packaging: Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if available) and include all original tags, accessories, and paperwork.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or was shipped incorrectly. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return reaches us.
- Send Back the Product: Once you have received the RA number and packaging instructions, ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team.
- Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets our return policy conditions, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically issued within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, such as when an item is returned with missing parts or packaging, a partial refund may be issued.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order and decide to return part or all of your items, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same steps as for a return. However, you will need to place a new order for the replacement item. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the returned product.
- Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return label and arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra charge.
To expedite the process, please include:
- Photos of the damaged or defective product.
- A description of the issue.
- Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

- Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items or items purchased with a discount are not eligible for a refund, unless they are defective or damaged.
